Rebecca brings more than 16 years of nursing experience to personalized aesthetic care and injector education. Her thoughtful approach combines clinical knowledge, careful assessment, and an artistic eye to help clients feel confident and support aspiring injectors as they build their skills.
Her work is grounded in facial anatomy and patient safety — and the same standard shapes the injectors she trains.

Medical Director
Dr. Ferrell has been providing leadership as a medical director for 20 years and is board certified in Emergency Medicine — which he has practiced for 25 years. He is a trained and certified medical aesthetic medical director. He received his MD as well as his MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He ensures appropriate medical supervision of the patient care policies, procedures, and protocols used in the medical spa.
Dr. Ferrell has healthcare executive experience as a senior vice-president with Envision Healthcare — a Fortune 500 company — specializing in operations. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the executive team for Scottsdale Emergency Associates. He is the former medical director of the Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Emergency Department, chairman of Pharmacy and Therapeutics for Honor Health and chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine as well as a member of the Medical Executive committee for the Honor Health system.
His research interests include optimizing pain management and patient satisfaction as well as physician motivation and efficiency. He lives in Peoria with his wife and four children and is an avid pickleballer.

With 20 years of experience in aesthetics and advanced skincare, Jessica is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven treatments.
Her specialties include customized facials, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, and advanced skincare. She believes in an individualized approach that prioritizes skin health, thoughtful treatment choices, and quality over trends.

Mia is the first face you see and the one keeping your visit running smoothly — greeting you, prepping the treatment room, and assisting during procedures so your provider can stay focused on you.
