Alma Bella Gold is $149 per month and includes one Custom Facial or Chemical Peel valued up to $200. Alma Bella Platinum is $229 per month and includes one Korean Glass Facial, valued at $300.
Yes. Membership requires 12 consecutive monthly payments. After the initial 12-month term, it continues month to month until canceled.
No. Memberships cannot be paused or placed on hold. Monthly payments continue throughout the 12-month commitment.
Your membership fee is charged automatically to the payment method on file each month on your enrollment date. Please keep your payment information current. If a payment is declined, membership benefits may be suspended until the account is current.
No. Your monthly payment covers the treatment and membership benefits listed for your tier. It is not a dollar-for-dollar credit, cash balance, or refundable payment.
An unused included treatment may roll over for up to 90 days while your membership remains active and in good standing. Rollover treatments are not cash or dollar credits and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
You may submit a cancellation request at any time. Because the membership has a 12-month minimum, monthly payments remain due through the initial term, except where applicable law requires otherwise. After the initial term, submit your cancellation request at least 30 days before your next billing date to prevent another charge.
No. Memberships and included treatments are for the named member only and are nontransferable.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that month’s included treatment and/or a fee under the studio’s appointment policy.
Treatments are subject to consultation and provider approval. Your provider may recommend a different service if a treatment is not appropriate for your needs.
